Our independent living community is for adults, generally, age 55 and older, who are looking for their own home but want additional amenities, such as a community pool and planned social activities. Residents in our Independent community pay a flat monthly fee for maintenance (such as landscaping) and utilities (such as cable and internet access). There are options to lease both studio and two-bedroom apartments in the retirement community, 

 

Benefits of a retirement community include 24hr nursing staff to assist with tasks, prepare meals, assist with cleaning and laundry, and can accompany you when leaving home. 

Planned weekly activities and many opportunities to socialize help make retirement enjoyable.

The base cost for Independent Living is $284 per day.
